Can I see a preview of my item before I buy it?
After you place your order, we will create a full-color proof for every custom item in your order. This allows you to see exactly how your items will look before we actually start making them. This also gives you a chance to catch mistakes or make changes before it's too late.
Other stores won't take the time to create a proof for you; you just have to cross your fingers and hope that they get it right. At EA however, we give you complete control over how the finished garment will look.
When will I get my proof?
You should receive your proof via email within 2-3 business days after placing your order, but if your design is very complicated, it may take longer.
Why can't I see a proof before I pay?
At EA, we treat every order like a custom work of art. Your proof is created by real human artists, not by some automated software. Our team consists of the most advanced designers/creators in the industry. We pay our team members for their time and expertise. Therefore, we require full payment up front before we begin any design work. Once we receive your order and payment, we will provide a full color proof for your approval. We will make unlimited changes until you are happy with the design. Once we get your final approval, we will begin the actual production process.
What happens if I don't like the proof that is sent to me?
You may request as many changes as you want until the proof looks exactly how you want your garment to look. Changes are done at no extra charge unless you ask us to digitize a new image that is not already on our website.
How much money do I have to put down to get started?
We require full payment in advance so that we can design a proof for you. After you approve the proof, then we will begin the production process.
Do you all offer a bulk discount if I order more than one item?
Yes! We offer group/bulk discounts depending on the number of items in your order. This is a great option when you want to order bulk items for a clothing line, team, event, or any large order of similar items.
Why does it take so long?
Almost all EA items are made to order. That means we start making it once you order it; we are not simply pulling the item off of a shelf and sending it to you. This helps us keep our offerings fresh and unique, and allows you the flexibility to customize almost anything you order from us. Thank you for your patience and understanding that you are receiving a high-quality product made just for you.
Here are some additional things to note when breaking down turnaround times.
For custom items, turnaround time starts from the date that the design proof is approved.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
These production times are only an estimate. Your order is not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date unless you pay for rush production. The cost of rush production varies; please see the item's order form. Rush production is not available for all items.
These production times do not include shipping time. Depending on where you are in the U.S., you will receive your item(s) within 1 to 6 business days after they are completed and shipped out. International and APO orders may take longer.

Can I bring you my own items for customization?
Yes ! You may bring anything that you want us to customize. There is a provided items handling fee that will need to be paid while your items are being held with us during production. This insures that your items are handled with care and (in RARE cases) will be replaced if anything is damaged.
